Express to impress

Friends, I’m using the literary tool – rhymes – to write a poem about how can we create and maintain the correct impression amongst your family members, friends, teachers and neighbours. My humble attempt in writing the poem goes like this:

Did you know that our perception

about any person is based on the impressions

Does one create by the way of one’s expressions?

One’s dress, smile,

love, affection, and compassion

Help in creating a better impression

Thus, polite manners should be in one’s possession

and pleasant communication skills be an obsession

as a tool to capture everyone’s fascination

Lastly, one’s aggression, domination

and importantly privacy violation,

creates on others a negative reaction

So, stop and ask yourself the question

Whether your words and action

Are helping build a better relation

Yes, friends, I have seen and experienced that’s it's our words and actions that either hurt or build a relationship within our home, school and neighbourhood. I trust you agree with me. Please feel free to let me know your thoughts on the same.
