Friendship's timeless flame!

Hello Everyone! This is the fifth poem from my book - Fleeting Feelings. I've written this poem for my best friend whose been with me for seven years now through fights and tears. I hope you enjoy it!

You stood by me when skies were gray,

And made the storm clouds drift away.

You laughed with me in golden sun,

When every day felt bright and fun.

You never judged the tears I cried,

But offered arms and stayed beside.

We talk for hours about our dreams,

And share our fears and crazy schemes.

A bond that time cannot erase,

A light that shines through every place.

No need for words, you understand,

Like reading maps drawn in the sand.

In this loud world of change and spin,

I’m glad to have you deep within.

For real friends don’t just come and go,

They grow with us, and help us glow.
